Get Contact

Returns the contact when it exists in the workspace **and** the admin’s role scope allows visibility (global admin: all contacts; team-scoped admin: public, own private, and shared per grant rules). **404** when the id is unknown in the workspace. **403** when the contact exists but is outside this admin’s visibility (e.g. another user’s private contact without grant).
