Campaign hourly call disposition

Returns answered vs not_answered call counts per hour of day (00:00–23:00) for the given campaign. Hours are in workspace timezone. No date filters; all-time aggregation by hour of day.

string Hour label in "HH:00" format (00:00 to 23:00).
